See Me On TV

Are you waiting to see my next TV appearance? Don’t hold your breath! But if you click HERE you can see where I’ll be appearing in some classic reruns of past shows, including appearances on The Middle and the film Dude Where’s My Car?

I’ve had some great auditions this past week, and if anything comes of them, I’ll post here if I’m able. Some of the projects came with a big non-disclosure agreement so I may not be able to mention them even if I get them until they air!

Is the suspense killing you? What shows would you like to see me on?

TMI Sketch Comedy

See me in this great sketch show, now in its 5th year! Sunday Nov. 5th, 8pm.  Topical sketches lampooning celebrities and celebrity news.

Returning as Fred Mertz

I’m so honored to be asked to reprise my role as Fred Mertz in the 100th birthday celebration of Desi Arnaz.  The annual Lucy Fest celebrates Desi’s birthday in style with three performances at the Willow Bay Theater in Jamestown, NY.

Desi’s character Ricky is played by Bill Mendieta, and as always Diane Vincent and Rhonda Medina’s Lucy and Ethel celebrate the work of comedy pioneers Lucille Ball and Vivian Vance. Tickets are available HERE!

20597253_10154569108732364_9144018060045587483_nI’ve been fortunate to work with all of these great folks before in different incarnations. I performed with Bill Mendietta in I Love Lucy Live on Stage in Las Vegas and in Hollywood at the Greenway Court Theater, and I have performed with
Diane and Rhonda in several Lucy Fest performances. What we’ve been working on in rehearsals has been magic!

On the Air!

You can see me soon on the Emmy-winning talk show The Mystery Hour with Jeff Houghton. I talk about it on Kevin and Liz. Listen tomorrow between 5-6:30am CST  kgbx.iheart.com Or if you’re in the Springfield area like my wife Sam’s family, listen on KGBX.

See me tonight on Trial and Error

I’m on Trial and Error tonight on NBC at 9:30pm/8:30pm CS in an episode titled Secrets and Lies. I play a lie detector technician! It’s a small part, but people have been asking when I’m back on TV again. By the way, subscribing to this blog and also checking out my IMDb page HERE is another great way to always know when I’ve got a new project coming up.

As you can clearly see, I’m in a scene with John Lithgow. If you have any questions about the episode, I’ll have another blog post up Thursday with some behind the scenes pictures, and a few stories of my experience backstage. Subscribe now to make sure you get the update!

If you have any questions or comments, I’ll be sure to address them in my next post. In the meantime, tell a friend….and for GOD’S sake be sure to click on the IMDb link HERE.

Honored by U.S. Postal Service

I’m honored to be featured in LINK, the official newsletter of the U.S. Postal Service. (click the LINK link to read the article) I knew from the comments in my original blog post that I had really connected with a lot of postal workers and the families they serve. I was absolutely blown away when I was contacted by the online newsletter’s editor to interview me about the part I played on This Is Us.

Some friends of mine have joked that This Is Us should have a spinoff titled This Is U.S.P.S.!!! No matter what happens as a result of this role, I’m highly honored to be recognized by the federal government in a way that didn’t result in an audit!

If you haven’t seen the clip of me on the show yet, or in case you’d like to help raise my online profile, click on my IMDb link HERE. On that site, you can see other projects I’ve done, including my upcoming episode of Trial and Error this week on NBC March 28th opposite John Lithgow.

EDIT: I was floored when they also did a follow-up article about my own mailman Peter in the in LINK (click this second LINK link to read. In that way, they are also linked) ALSO…I was also featured on PostalReporter.com.

Thanks, and I hope you’ll share your thoughts and opinions below.
