Fox-y Strategy

Thanks to everyone who wrote letters to the Farrelly Brothers in support of my Campaign for Curly. This effort to get me cast as Curly in the Farrelly Brothers’ Three Stooges movie has paid off big!

Pete Farrelly approached me at the premiere of Jackass 3D to tell me that he had received a LOT of letters from people in Missouri. He said that they were really heartfelt letters and then told me that they hadn’t forgotten about me for the part of Curly.

I got a call today that I’m meeting with the Farrelly Brothers next week. They know how good I’ll be at this part, and if 20th Century Fox knows, then I’ll be a shoe-in.

Nothing’s ever a guarantee in this business, but if I ever had a shot at a career-changing part…this is it.

Can you please do 3 things to help out. It won’t take more than five minutes.

First take a look at my audition video
and pass it on to a friend or two. If you have blog, can you please post a link?

Any comments would be appreciated if you have the time.

Second, will you please join my Bill Chott is Curly page on Facebook?

Most Importantly
It would push me over the top if you’d be able to write a letter from the heart telling them if you think I’d do a good job. You can write to:

Hutch Parker President of 20th Century Fox
PO Box 900
Beverly Hills, CA 90213 United States

If you have a little more time on your hands, you can also write to Jim Gianopulos and Tom Rothman at the same address.

Big Showdown on Waverly Place

Well, pardners, I’ve been mighty busy on the old ranch on Cherokee in St. Louis, but I’ll be back on TV in a brand new episode of Wizards.  As you know, I wrapped up my tour to Spread the Word to End  the R word, and by next week I’ll have video of the tour posted here on the ole blogaroo.   I’ll be starring in a very special episode of Wizards of Waverly Place FRIDAY, MAY 14 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on The Disney Channel. Mr. Laritate’s job as principal is in jeopardy, and the gang tries to lure him back by showing him how to “cowboy up” and take his job back.

The future of the show is up in the air, as Wizards has not yet been picked up for a 4th season.  Our producer, Peter Murrieta is rumored to be leaving the show to create more fantastic top shelf shows on Disney and elsewhere.  Peter has been a good friend of mine since our days in Chicago, and if the rumors in the press are true I’ll miss working with him on this show.  But I’m sure we’ll be working together again soon.  Does this mean I’ll be in more episodes of Wizards of Waverly Place?

Perhaps…if we return for a 4th season.  Most importantly, if you can help me out, please write an email by clicking HERE. Just one click will send your messge to all the bigwigs at Disney.

Call toll free: (818) 560-1000 and/or (818) 569-7500 never hurts to call: (if under 18, please ask your folks first). and let them know that you want to keep watching Wizards and you’d like to see more of Mr. Laritate.
